Once your lease is signed, we don't just hand you a key and wish you luck. Our team will guide you through the process of getting your suite licensed, so you're set up correctly from day one. Then comes the fun part — decorating your space, making it yours, and opening your doors to clients.

All suites include a lockable storefront glass door, built in cabinetry with a handwashing sink, upper storage cabinets, excellent lighting, and all utilities. Suites for hairstylists include a shampoo system and styling chair.

Our amazing towel service delivers clean towels twice a week and picks up our dirties. We also provide a free washer/dryer for our Pros to use for all things other than towels.
what types of beauty pros does utopia lease to?
We welcome beauty industry professionals including, but not limited to, Hairstylists, Estheticians, Nurse Injectors, Lash/Brow Artists, Nail Technicians, and Massage Therapists.
how big are utopia's salon suites?
Our single suites range in size from 100 square feet to 137 square feet. We maximize these spaces with our strategic layouts.
how much freedom do i have to customize my suite?
At Utopia, we love to see you express your style and vibe! You are free to decorate as you wish, including paint, wallpaper, and decor. We simply ask that major alterations are approved and performed by a qualified person.
how much does it cost to lease a suite?
Our suites range in price, based on square footage and access to natural light. This range is $250-$350+ per week for a single suite and includes all utilities and salon amenities, including our towel service.
