Utopia Modern Salon Suites was founded in 2022 by Kristin Kienzle,
a 34-year veteran of the beauty industry with a clear vision — to
create a salon suite community
that truly puts professionals first.
After decades of watching talented beauty and wellness professionals struggle to find spaces worthy of their work and supportive of their growth, Kristin set out to build something different. Utopia was designed from the ground up to be more than a place to work. It's a luxury environment, a built-in community, and a business partner all in one.
Today, Utopia is home to a thriving community of independent beauty, wellness, and medical aesthetics professionals — each running their own business, in their own suite, with the freedom and support to grow on their own terms.
